At this stage there are 3 parts to the Gidgee Smith Online Shop

Stickers
You make a purchase on the shopping cart the same way you would on any
other cart. Your card details go via a secure (Direct One) and they
are then processed by ANZ Banking.
We have had to change from manual processing to automatic processing
due to changes in our online shop provider policy which has been out
of our control.
This means that funds will be deducted from your card within 24 hours
of placing your order, instead of been deducted on the day that the
goods are posted, as they were in the past.

Information
Policy
Any information that has been given to this company is kept strictly
conficiental. It is not our policy to give out any information of any
kind.
Secure payment processing
All information in the processing of you purchases
goes via a secure payment portal. This protects payment and credit card
details.
Currency
All prices are calculated in Australian dollars only, and sales are
restrictly to Australia.
As much as welcome export business, it must be by arrangement only.
Refunds and Returns
Cancellation of Orders
If you choose to cancel an order because you have decided you no longer
want to make the purchase, you could be charged a cancellation fee of
5 % precent of the order, ONLY IF YOU CREDIT CARD HAS ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED.
This is to cover bank charges incurred in processing and refunding your
credit card.
Returns
I am more then happy to exchange bag colours if they are standard colour
combinations. Or if you need to exchange the bag for a differnet size
or type, credits or debits will be made according to the exchange. Personalised
order are a little different.
I can't really take responsability if you choose a colour combination
and then do not like it on arrival. I will try to refund or replace
the product if i think that i am able to resell that product. You just
need to keep this in mind when ordering personalised products.
If
you have recieved a product which is faulty for some reason, then i
will refund your money or replace your product. Each product is checked
by 2 or 3 different people, but mistakes do happen. I Can not take responsibility
for damage that you have done to a product in it's use. I am more then
happy to dicuss any concerns you have
Postage
I try to have the orders out
within 7 to 21 days. If it is a colour that i have in stock then it
is usually in the mail the next day. Times on special orders may very.
Please note that i will not take any responibility for parcels lost
in the post. I do give you the option to have your products posted by
registered post, these rates are explained on my postage
page.
I will always try to help track down any orders that do go missing.
In five years of business is have not yet had a order lost in the mail,
but there is always the first time.
